Enermail guarantees the delivery of your items(s) in the condition they are given to us within a three day time frame.

Enermail has a straight forward price guide which suits all our customers and gives us a competitive edge over our rivals, whether you are a business client wanting a single-item or multi-drop delivery, large organization wanting your mail disributed over a wide area or a private customer who wants something delivered quickly our prices and services are tailored around you.

Enermail will pick up or deliver anywhere within the Hull area as long as the original pick up or final destination is within our operating area. We deliver to all postcode's within the Hull boundary (HU1-10) 

Enermail reserves the right to decline any journey if the item(s) to be carried or the journey is outside its normal scope of work, but please contact us, as we are always prepared to discuss your requirements. (See Terms & Conditions)

Our Company is fully insured and has £10,000 of 'Goods in transit' Insurance and £2,000,000 of 'Public Liability' Insurance. 

Payments 

Unlike Royal Mail we do not require payment up front. Our payment terms are within 14 days of the date on the invoice, unless other terms are agreed before acceptance of the order. Bulk customers will be required to set up an account that can be topped up on regular basis.Reminder letters on overdue accounts will be charged at £10 each to cover administration costs and all late payments will incur interest of 4% above Barclays Bank base rate if not settled within a further 7(seven) days.

Payments can be made through cash, cheque, bacs or contact us to pay through our PayPal service.
